Lower case after comma and new line

Currently, the first letter after a comma and a new line (e.g. "Dear Emma,

This letter...") is automatically capitalized. This is wrong (at least in German usage).

Therefore, the first word after a comma should be written in lower case, unless the first letter is deliberately capitalized.
