Would it be possible to add custom buttons in the blank spaces at the left and right sides of the keyboard? That would be great for autofilling email addresses, caps lock, or other customizable actions

The option to use gestures instead of keys for inserting spaces is useful; however, the keys are still there occupying space in a central position while most vowels are on the periphery. Maybe there could be a mode in which they're removed without sacrificing the cursor-moving feature, maybe holding and dragging anywhere. I'd link this to the customisable-layout feature suggestion.

"No-space-keys mode" (suggested by Aldo Espinosa Zúñiga on 2020-05-13), including upvotes (1) and comments (0), was merged into this suggestion.
I like to get six customizeable keys. I would use them for umlaute, ß and @. I would sacrifice the top row or more for this. The keyboard is too focused on english, other languages need other letters.
Wäre es sehr viel Aufwand, die Höhe der Tastatur einstellbar (vergrösserbar) zu machen?
Dicke Finger würden sich sehr freuen!
