Add ALT key in order to enter unicodes

Pressing (and holding?) the ALT key should change the keyboard to 10 decimal and 16 hexadecimal digits layout side by side. Thus any unicodes could be entered, e.g. ALT 189 (dec) or ALT BD (hex) for ½ .
The left space key could be re-used (or re-defined) as ALT.
