Optimize ?¿ and !¡ in Spanish
In Spanish show "¿" on main layer and automatically switch it to "?" after writing it. Same for ¡.

Daniel M. LambeaAfter the "¿" and "¡", the current status of caps must be preserved as it is currently preserved for quotes. E. g.:
- ¿Me lees? (this is correct, with the "M" in hi-caps due to beginning of sentence)
- ¿me lees? (this is not correct, with the "m" in lo-caps)
