Bring back hex keys for numbers and symbols

Why make a big deal of how much easier hex keys are to tap, then remove that functionality for numbers and punctuation? This makes no sense.

The numbers are now crowded into a tiny part of the screen and impossible to reach with my left thumb (and the punctuation can't be reached by my right thumb). I now make mistakes nearly every time I type numbers or punctuation. It's very frustrating, especially when the old numberpad was fine.

An obvious improvement for the old numberpad would be to give a choice between the traditional semi-inverted order and straightforward numerical order. The current arrangement is very poor.

I also don't understand why the old swipe up/down functionality for the main punctuation buttons has been removed. Now I have fewer options and they're a whole other screen away. Just bizarre.
