Smart Bar on search / private fields

Currently the Smart Bar is not displayed when typing text into an "incognito" field, however in some cases it could still be useful to use predictions also in those fields.

It would be nice to have an option to display the Smart Bar when using the keyboard on those fields, like the "incognito" mode of GBoard / SwiftKey which still allows for predictions but prevents the keyboard from learning.

For obvious reasons Smart Bar should not be collecting words in browsers while private mode is turned on. 🤭
