Activate accented character groups by language without adding whole language vocabulary

Although English language doesn't use accents, writers may still use accented characters in people's names (like Zoë or Señor) or borrowed words, like café or façade. The facility is already there to activate individual accented and additional characters, but it would make more sense for these to be added in groups by language, but without adding the vocabulary for predictive and autocorrect text. The settings could still offer the whole list of available characters for manual selection, but this would be a second-level customisation.
