Add space bar underneath the keyboard

On iOS, there is a lot of wasted space underneath the keyboard (red area in the screenshot). It would be nice if you could add a space bar there or use that space otherwise.

Unfortunately, this is not possible since this area is managed by Apple and there's no way for third-party developers to access it. 😕
