Add macron for letter 'e'

There is currently no macron accent for the letter e, only āīōū in the vowels.

This accent is important for Māori language

From my perspective, it looks like this is a simple oversight and something that would be easy to correct. Is that not the case? It's very important to have a macronised "e". It's not only Māori that uses macrons.
