Expand text replacements without hitting space

I have hundreds of email addresses under the same domain, so I would like to be able to use @@ to get replaced for '@mydomain.com'.

I tried using the text replacement feature, however triggering them currently require a space on both sides.

Please allow for an option to trigger replacements regardless of spaces, so that email@@ can become 'email@mydomain.com'.

IMHO, the code needs to know the beginning and the end of the trigger. What if any trigger is a part of a dictionary word used?
