Add customized language

I speak Romansh and Swiss German. I understand that not every language can be added to the library, so therefore I would like that I could build up my own languages. Furthermore it would be great that there is an option to share your languages so anyone else could use my lanuage.

I've seen massive things happen in the game industry with fan works, so I think similarly awesome things can happen in other types of software. You have my upvote.

That would be a great option. Writing Swiss German with the German autocorrect is quite tedious at first. I would very much appreciate being able to easily create my own Swiss German word list from scratch. In particular, it would be helpful to be able to switch between German and Swiss German autocorrect.
